Due at Registration:
The registration fee is due at registration and is not part of the monthly tuition. Past due school bills will be considered at this time.
Monthly Payments:
All tuition and fees are to be paid by the 10th of each month from September 10 to June 10 (There are 10 total payments, not including the registration fee). Send your payment to the following address:

Tuition and Fees:
Mid-Columbia Adventist School operates on a 11 month payment plan (the total year’s tuition and registration is divided into 11 equal payments due the 10th of each month from September through June). This school is dependent upon its patrons and constituent churches for its financial operation. It is imperative that fees come in regularly and on time, so that the school can pay its bills regularly and on time.
Late Payments:
The monthly payment is due on the tenth of each month. The children of any family whose account is unpaid by the 15th of the month may not be allowed to remain in school until the account has been brought up to date or until other arrangements have been made to clear the account.
