Accreditation:

Mid-Columbia Adventist Christian School is accredited by the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges and Universities, Inc. We have a second accreditation with the Northwest Accreditation Association, and we are members of the National Council for Private School Accreditation.

Admissions:

The Mid-Columbia Adventist Christian School exists to serve those students who desire a Christian education and are willing to live in harmony with the policies of the school. Our school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnic background, country of origin, religious affiliation or gender. Because of the school’s size, it may not be possible to accommodate some students that have special physical, mental, or emotional needs.

Kindergarten and First Grade:

Any child entering kindergarten should be at least five years of age by September 1: first grade, six years of age by September 1. Pre-kindergarten must be arranged with the Principal and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

New Students:

New students will be required to interview with a member of the school staff. Any child transferring from another school will be required to provide records from the last school attended. State law requires that all students show proof of required immunizations before they can be admitted to school.

Registration:

Registration for the school year will be held at the school on August 22, 4-7 p.m. Parents who cannot register at that time may call the school for an appointment. Entrance fees are due at registration and past due school bills will be considered at that time. The first tuition payment is due by the 10th of September.
